Return & Refund Policy

At Fusion Fuelz, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was missing from your order.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with broken safety seals (unless received damaged).
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Change of mind after delivery.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support with:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Unboxing video (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer after verifying your bank account details.


Replacement Policy

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • A defective product,
  • An incorrect product,

we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.


Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Failure to accept delivery from the courier partner.
  • Delay caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with during delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Contact our customer support immediately.
